A Lawyer since 2014, Florestan ARNAUD is the holder of a Master 1 in General Public Law and a Master 2 in Research into the Protection of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms at the University of Bourgogne.

As part of his training at the Ecole Régionale des Avocats du Grand Est, he worked in local authorities at different levels (district, inter-municipal, regional).

In 2019, he was awarded a specialisation certificate in public law with a specific qualification in urban planning law.


After having worked as an employee for several years in the law firm Philippe Petit et Associés, Florestan ARNAUD joined the law firm DEYGAS-PERRACHON & ASSOCIES SCP in January 2017.


Florestan ARNAUD is involved with all public and private stakeholders, chiefly in the field of urban planning and development law and in all related fields (environmental law, public estate law, construction law, etc.) as a consultant and litigator. The experience he has acquired with numerous participants in these sectors enables him to provide optimal support for the different stakeholders with their projects and to be best able to defend their interests while ensuring that he proposes solutions which are well adapted, relevant and conducive to their interests.

He can also get involved in all areas of public law.


Florestan ARNAUD is a course supervisor for regulatory urban planning law at the Ecole des Avocats de Rhône-Alpes (EDARA) and also runs ongoing training activities for lawyers, local civil servants and elected representatives.

He regularly publishes articles in these fields in specialised or general legal journals.
